Meet the Founder

Jorge Alejandro

Jorge has been working hard to make his clients look good for decades. Originally from Michoacan, Mexico, Jorge is a long-time resident of the Pacific Northwest. As Founder, partner, and manager of PFS, he grew the business from four employees in 1990 to fifty employees today. Jorge and his team now maintain approximately 6M square feet of property which includes major shopping centers owned and managed by large developers. He has an experienced staff for all areas of exterior maintenance including day porter, landscaping, sweeping, graffiti removal, parking lot repairs, maintenance, and security.

In his spare time, he enjoys riding his show horses on his ranch in Arlington, WA. He lives in Woodinville and Arlington and spends most of his time in Woodinville where his maintenance facility is located. He also enjoys subsistence farming with goats, chickens, cows, and a vegetable garden. His wife Maria is an experienced chef and together they throw parties for his staff where Jorge can be found entertaining with Karaoke.
