Our story

Pacific Facilities Services, LLC is a new(er) name for a company that has been in operation since the 1990’s. Based in Arlington, WA, Jorge (George) started doing business as CareMasters. After three decades as a sole proprietorship, ownership of the company was expanded in 2017 - the new partnership decided to rebrand as Pacific Facility Services, LLC, PFS for short. Now based in Woodinville, WA., closer to our core customers, PFS has expanded and strengthened in every aspect of business.

From a small maintenance company with just two vehicles, we’ve grown the fleet significantly, PFS continues to perform basic property maintenance. PFS uniformed crew members operate a fleet of branded trucks, dump truck, cargo and dump trailers, parking lot power sweepers, commercial mowing equipment, skid loading equipment, trailer-mounted pressure washers, paving machine, and de-icing and snow plowing equipment to help our client’s properties look their best.

Pacific Facility Services started out as a mom-and-pop business and has grown to a regional sized company maintaining properties from Marysville to Bonney Lake. We are very proud of what we’ve built. It’s taken the hard work of the owners and employees along with our long-term client’s support to help us along the way.
