PFS has been with this project since its beginning, in 2017.

Downtown Woodinville is a shopping district in Woodinville Washington that has been maintained by PFS since its start in 1997.
Wilburton crossing
Wilburton Crossing is shopping center that is located in Bellevue Washington. One of the main tenants is Uwajimayas. This center brings in a larger amount of traffic since it serves the greater Bellevue area. Even with the parking lots full most of the time, PFS always does an expert job at maintaining it.
